It actually amazes me the amount of knowledge on this board. It also amazes me on how much our Brokeres DONT know on how to handle/advise this delisting. However, do we, as preferred shareholders need to do ANYTHING to try to salvage this investment, or just wait for a decision while our share/shares are locked up in an escrow? If we dont file something will we be out completely if we dont react? I found this attachment on yahoo and it is bugging me a bit, granted it is referring to commons, but what about us, holding 146,175 or 1 not sure anymore, brokerage acccount on my 2 websites still says 146,175?
