FWIW...PER E-TRADE BROKER---> "Setting a high sell limit DOES NOT prevent MM'S from borrowing shares for shorting purposes, whether you have a cash or margin account"

People should obviously verify from their own brokers. Just another one of those penny stock urban legends unfortunately.
