Anybody notice this last 10-K includes "UNAUDITED" Financial Statements?

ALTOE says they have no "disagreements" with auditors. Well how come they did not issue an opinion then? They were paid 46k for 2011?? Or was that for last years (2010 audit).

The "E" means delinquent too many times in filing with the SEC. No cash. No audit. No "E" removal.
