That is totally different than making a statement telling people "you don't loose until you sell".
The statement:

if you SELL NOW you may have to pay over .30 per share next week!

is one that tries to instill hope for people to think things will get better for this POS, and they may not be able to own it in a week at a value that they can own shares for now.
The statement:

"you don't loose until you sell"

is a falsehood that needs to be qualified that IF a company is going to get its act together, you won't lose until you sell before waiting for the company to get things straightened out.
Then the people who have money in it need to weigh the risk vs reward, their trust in the company, opportunity costs for if they could make much better money faster elsewhere, and any number of issues to make that decision.
BUT, they also very well could lose a heck of a lot more if all the hopeful thoughts of what the company might and might not do, do not come to be true.
Totally different statements.
