I believe there will be a PR next week, not only explaining they have been granted another 180 days,

but it will also contain content explaining that the vote on a RS was mandatory to gain that extension...

I believe it will further explain, that it wont be until late summer early sept, that any decision to impliment one will be necessary..as its quite possible, company events may very well put this where it needs to be without one,
