Wow, it's quiet here tonight.....is there no "night shift" anymore??

So here is a question for anyone since I have never been in a position like this before??

Does anyone have an idea of how something like this will work??

For instance, just for sh*ts and giggles, there are an EVEN 1 billion "air" shares that are currently just electronic entry's on all our different brokers screens.....just as it has been for 7 years now.

Ch and friends get us back on a market board (here or europe does not matter) and although we start trading again in the public market as a company let's say on the morning of 4/1/12.

We all know that everyone on this board is all ra-ra about an increasing "ask" price, I have seen it too many times an equal amount of shareholders will be selling into the buying......

SO my question is simply: Who will be standing over the shoulders of the MM's and the brokers (as a type of police force/watch dog agency) to make sure that this time around, the MM's just don't naked short us into oblivion all over again.

How does it work? I don't want to be holding onto a paper cert for ALL my shares on the first day of trading?? How can I be sure that finally, once and for all, my broker Scottrade actually has xxxxxxx amount of BCIT shares with a cusip of 205 in my account??

AM I making any sense?? We all already know we can NOT trust the SEC, FINRA, DTCC to do their job as a protector of the investor's interest to be standing over the shoulders of our brokers. So how is the process go from here forward??

I trade part time on the side and I got invested here probably much like the other 1200 folks but if you all remember Scottrade stopped trading almost a full day before most other brokers so I effectively became trapped trying to push the edge of the envelope.

So we are all here, like it or not, and instead of being doubting thomas's, is there anything we can do collectively to once again push the edge of the envelope to get a spotlight on us by the proper authoritys who actually have the POWER over the SEC, Finra, and the DTCC to actually get something does and at a minimum get my money back. A 100% write off is totally unacceptable to me. I want my pound of flesh now. I am pretty pissed off that someone/somewhere/somehow IS in control of MY money and there is not a damn thing I can do about it???

I don't think so!!

So if anyone knows how this works, maybe even a brief outline would help to wrap my head around this.
Thanks

Best to all, Steve
