I will have to agree with you 100%. There is always two sides to any story.

It sure will be interesting once all the facts are validated how much serious trouble PHAR will find itself in,
AS you mention those names they go back a long way and CEO has chosen to do business so im afraid he will be judged as a part of this gang that SEC has followed for years. JUST IMO
