I've been waiting as well ebaykamel and have vented from time to time. I believe waiting a little longer will be required, as everything seems to take longer then it should. The websites being on line is a good sign, and I believe we will hear news from Apex soon, if not in March then in April. The shares and the holdings are still very real and the resources Apex holds will be needed (IMO) as all the gas available on shore in Canada will not be enough to fuel the gas eating monsters needed to develope the 3rd largest oil reserve in the world, the Alberta Oil Sands.
External factors play a big role, I'll post something on this over the weekend.
I plan to wait and see for a while longer, let Apex do or not do what they should. If it's the latter ... add me to your list.
Fingers crossed but I believe the dream will be fullfilled, pennies to dollars.
