Your response is simply saying that Izup would not be part of this. If the merger is not shaking out for some reason, as investors in OPMG, would the lack of dillution from Illume shares bring the value back a tad? Is the hard launch of the Phoneguard app solely relying on the help of Illume's product to get it going? To me it seems logical that they would want to iron out the merger first and bring the whole package to the concert ready to rock (no pun intended).
