The company is alive and kicking, that is true. But it's the shareholders who will decide the value not management in the long run. You piss off enough of the longs, and you could be buying cheap shares nobody wants anymore. Has to be someone to buy the shares for them to raise the money. The less and less people buy DSCO the PPS will continue to dive. Shareholders are the ones who decide the value not management. If shareholders and Institutions are fed up, then whats the value. Ignorance is bliss, be careful. As myself too, cause I will be looking to get back in at 2.3. I would imagine their not announcing the price cause tomorrow I believe is managements last day to exercise options. But then again what are they making off the options cause of their own actions? Hmmm, next to zero. If they spoke right after the approval and sounded like a company they would have the chance to use the warrants to build capital. Instead there to greedy, they want to pass on the warrants, raise money by dropping the pps, and then exercise the options next year and make more money. Can't make money when there only looking out for themselves.
