Larry, looks like UUU has a very angry former director who holds a lot of shares (333K), and looks like he's ready to sell (Form 4243B filed, so they can be sold at any time).

Too bad, because this has some potential.

Did you ever figure out what the impact on the company's share of JV income would be once they came public on the Hong Kong exchange??
