I just got out of a meeting with the State Environmental Protection Department and I asked their Engineer what is going to be most difficult to comply with between upcoming air, water and soil regulations and she said the air regulations before I could finish my question.

As an engineer consultant I have seen this issue put multi-million dollar corporations out of business overnite. The cost of lime (Calcium Oxide) to remove sulfur at the stack is out of control not to mention the delivery cost at 5.00 per gallon deisel. Wake up and smell the clean air...

Low sulfur compliant coal has true intinsic value to coal fired generators.
