manshoon1, you know I simply fail to understand what people were thinking here. I have been following scam fraud companies for many years and this one was so obvious what was going to happen. It would have taken a complete idiot not to understand.

1. A total of 1.6 million shares traded on this shell company in the first 13 months. ( historical on IH shows this)

2. Best damn penny stock comes along ( a notable slim ball outfit) and is paid 500k by third party share holder. Y.I.K.E.S. ( I am in the wrong biz)

3. First day this thing trades 20 million shares. ( WOW that is over 10 million dollars into the third party hands)

4. Next two trading days it trades nearly 50 million shares ( another 10 million dollars pocket by third parties) price drop factored in!

5. BDSP starts with the SHORTS garble and recomends to hold strong for the big Squeeze.

6. Peeps start talking about share structure and NO DILUTION! ( are they brain dead)

NOW FOLKS YOU HAVE BEEN SNOOKERED OUT OF YOUR MONEY!

This was a massive transfer of shares sold by third party insiders to all of you new bag holders. Yes there was no NEW shares added to the share count they just sold you all there shares they registered in their names over the last year while there was ZERO trading going on.

Next time you want to play a pump and dump... Simple check the trading history before the pump.

This one is going down for the count to sub penny when all of you decide to get off the ship before you drown with nothing at all.
