the trading over the last 2 weeks should be investigated...in fact I think everyone involved in the chapter 11 should be investigated. Mt Kellet, Charleston, Richard Meruelo, Watermarke LP,Fred Skaggs,Legendary, and all attorneys. This deal smells to high hell and needs a reciever appointed immediately.
