Any truly experienced investor understands the filings and the importance of reporting timely.

So, let's help those that don't understand....

The last 3 quarterly reports were released 6 weeks after the close of the quarter. All three of these reports clearly detailed that IWDM was struggling financially and the cash on hand would be depleted within the next 3-6 months. This is why the Q4 results are so important to a current shareholder and/or potential investor. It needs to be seen if the revenue has increased, expenses have decreased, and any cash on hand remains.

We are now 75 days past Q4 and we still have no filings. Here's the ironic part... they have 15 days left to file to remain fully reporting, the 15th day falls on a Friday. We all know what type of news is released on a Friday after hours.

My opinion... they don't report, period.
