Claire's is known for their 50-75% off clearance sales. All the product in their stores goes through the process. It is factored into the original prices. A small portion of each Lyric collection at Claire's has gone through the same process. When I checked a couple of weeks ago, some of the second collection which debuted back in September was on clearance, while the Fun product from December was regular price.

Salesgirls at Claire's have absolutely NO idea what corporate decisions regarding product are. They really don't have any idea how much of a product is selling either, out of the 1000s of products in their stores.
