As far as #1 goes, I'm in for .26 (just accounting for MM & Veltex) should LA Cap and GOVAC come in as projected then I'm in for about .50...(May take until SEC filing to get there).

As for Mr. Matin --- If he delivers on the audited financials from a reputable accounting firm, I would probably be inclined to "cut him a little slack" for a while...and if you've read any of my posts in the past, you will know that I am not in favor of how management has handled their responsibilities to the shareholder....however, I will go on record as declaring an international "no negative posts day/week/month" for Mr. Matin....If he delivers the good audits!!
