Let's be clear: they have NOT issued themselves ANY shares pursuant to the filing, they issued themselves OPTIONS to PURCHASE shares at the then market price of .23 per share. Each of you has a better option TODAY!! You can buy at .19 or less. The only benefit to these insiders is that they will continue to be able to buy at .23 on a future date, which will only be beneficial to them if the price goes above that .23 level. Would you rather put shares to Mammoth or PPs at a discount to today's price??
