Dear Mr. xxxxxxxxxxxx,

Apologies for my late reply. I was out of office due to some family reason.

At first, we had intended to issue a press release some days before the commercial launch of RO2 but we changed our plan to send out a press release on the same day of the launch. That is why we did not issue a press release in late February or early March. As for your questions, please kindly find the answers below.

1. We initially expected RO2 to be commercially launched in “early” March but it has been slightly delayed. While we currently expect that we will be able to launch the game in March (though it is not early March), please kindly understand that we cannot inform you of the detailed schedule before an official press release is issued.

2. It is quite difficult to say what per cent of the testing is completed. What I can tell you is that everything is pretty much done and that we are currently working on final preparation for the commercial launch, such as testing the billing system and in-game items available for purchase.

3. We fully understand your concern but what happened with the first version of RO2 in 2007 will never occur again (I can say with “0%” this time). Firstly of all, with the first version, we did not even discuss a commercial service plan internally (after seeing the early results of the open beta testing) but this time, it is just a slight change to the launch date and we are actually preparing for the commercialization. Moreover, our users’ feedback is different compared with what we heard back in 2007 – it is true that there are some technical issues with RO2 like many other online games in open beta stage but the average concurrent users of RO2 are almost 20,000 and users are already voluntarily organizing “guilds,” which is very encouraging.

4. Your patience would be very much appreciated. We are already in the middle of March. You will hear more news about RO2 soon.
