I'm not sure how a share price proves anything. A pink sheet like this can be easily manipulated. Good, bad, or whatever, the staunchest of MDMN supporters try to blame share price on MM's and even individuals on this board as having an influence over the share price.

What you can point to for consistency is performance by the company? What has been proven over these years? Have they ever actually produced a return on minerals or precious metals from a mining claim?
Has there been any credible proof of a legitimate major even speaking with Medinah on one of these properties? Otherwise, yes, things seem strikingly similar to previous promises, news, etc. that never panned out.

What is there to prove that this isn't all a giant lie?

A volatile share price of .15 sure doesn't prove anything.
