I did....not every word. I looked at the big picture of why that form is there.

I invested more after this was published.

Reason being....why would those investors pony up to a scam or no-win situation if a company was doomed to fail financially.

I like what ATTD is doing.

My company is millions in debt. Looking at the balance sheet.....from an outside view.....WTF?

Thing is...banks stand in line and solicit me for loans. I make a great living and the gross income of the company continues to grow.

Debt doesn't scare me when a company has something with potential (my opinion obviously) to make big money.

I do appreciate your explaination of the details. I'm being sincere.
