Skye Resources revises Fenix report

SKYE REPORTS UPDATE ON CONTINUOUS DISCLOSURE REVIEW

Skye Resources Inc., further to news as reported in Stockwatch on May 19, 2005, that a routine review by the British Columbia Securities Commission had identified that the preliminary assessment on Skye's Fenix project in Guatemala, filed in support of Skye's news as reported in Stockwatch on Feb. 28, 2005, was not filed in the form required by National Instrument 43-101. Skye continues to work with Hatch Ltd. and the other authors to revise the report to ensure its compliance with the form and expects to be filing a revised report within 30 days. The conclusions in the preliminary assessment will not change.
