No clue with what/who they will use for future financing...equity financing with another company???? PIPE financing??? Reverse split and do the same dilution with another company??? As usual, no details.....shareholders left hanging again, IMO...

MMRGlobal, Inc. (the "Company") is in the process of seeking other financing arrangements to replace its current equity facility with Dutchess Equity Fund, II, L.P. The Company intends to replace such equity facility shortly following the filing of the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2011.

Cash is King until further notice!!!
My comments on companies are usually my opinion of long term success (years). The PPS may go up or down greatly in the meantime depending on the number of greedy fools with money.
