You know, when it comes to bag holding, I've got into the mentality that it's money already lost. I think of it as I don't own it anymore and it may take a much longer time to recoup those losses holding it in the same stock, than to redirect it into something that'll recoup the losses much quicker. Locking in a loss hurts, but I'd rather try to make up the gains than bag hold. Haven't been a bag holder in a while since I started following this board. I still make mistakes, but I'm constantly fine tuning my strategy
