Makes no sense why price won't move for CXM!!

Its been going on like this for weeks!!! No matter what the volume, press release or what, it will not move out of this .27-28 price, doesn't seem right by any means and alot are wondering if they are capping the stock for some reason, seems shady to most. Today was good News and nothing but down in price!!!
