I have seen the cost of Lime CaO increase of 100 percent over the last few years. This is putting companies out of business. What is the relation of lime to sulfur. It removes it from stacks to meet newly revised air standards. It's real and its a death knell...

As for my situation I had to switch vendors and buy fines (unrefined) because the pulverized quicklime became cost prohibitive. Compliant has never meant more than it does now folks.
