Really, where is any validation, confirmation, or any documentation of any operations for any of what you've "heard" from the "company" or insiders? No, PR's and made up statements from the insiders are not any reliable source. They have already proven that they are in FACT not reliable. If that is not indeed a fact, where is it that they have been. It is on the insiders and "company" to disclose and prove. Not the rest of the public to disprove a non existent business or operation.

The "company" and insiders have been making up crud and scamming for years, nothing ever confirmed or verified or documented by any reliable means and nothing has ever come to pass except a SEC suspension and DTCC restriction. That is the only thing the insiders have done and they don't use any "new" process to do it. They just look for suckers into the next scam.

Now they are trying to continue making up stuff out of the GREY MARKET with a SEC and DTCC hammered POS shell about "gold", the most common and going flavor of the month right now and most common SCAM right now.

First there has to be transparency of what all the operations have been (even if that means showing there was never any real business), who are the players, who and how much is all the dirty laundry that comes with the shell.

Then we can move on to confirmation and transparency of any "new" business. "New business", what a complete joke. All laundry that was with the "old" shell always comes with any "new" business. So lets take care of that and deal with real transparency.

If not, anything this "company" or insiders say is total SCAM, because that has been the only thing that has ever come from them. This ticker is garbage and the odds of ever reorganize and change the CUSIP is just about ZERO.

What they probably will do is try to SCAM what they can if they can from the GREY SHEETS and move to another form of vehicle, some completely other "company" and these shareholders are just screwed (more like reality that they are already there). There are good odds that a SEC investigation will be following them around at this point and letting them just hang themselves.
