If one has been paying attention to what has been said, them one knows that he is not buying back a thing. That is similar to yelling fire in a crowed theater. I doubt that Val has the means to buy back anything at this point. I’d be impressed if he is able to just keep his hands out of the cookie jar until the revenue from those cards kick in.
