Capted, sounds like another firm we know of eh?

Can someone explain how there is a crew ready to take the boat out if there is a bill of over $50K at the marina in back dockage fee's. Therefore the boat isn't going anywhere until that bill is paid. There has been no PR that MEXP does in fact have a permit to go treasure hunting. There seems to be a lot of questions about MEXP and I wish the company would be truthful and put out a PR to clear up these questions.

Are all pink sheets listed underwater recovery companies scams?
Are any of em interested in actually recovering treasure?
