We are at a new low as far as postings go. I think many people are trying to be positive about Baltia, and at the same time they are looking for the exit doors. I have been waiting for this stock to do something for about seven years. The management team appears to be incompetant to me. I believe that they are running out of capital and figured that they would be flying now. The current delay with the manuals is just another problem that has plagued this start-up airline. The companies silence at this time has me very worried. I will not buy any more shares without guidance from Baltia about what is going on inside the company. There is not a venture capital firm that would even touch this baby now. I would say that they have three maybe four months of life left if these manuals are not approved. Management can make a statement without upsetting all the agencies involved.
