What's not to like about it???
Permit for drilling to 4000', a shallow low-risk vertical oil well and approval is virtually automatic in Texas from what I can tell, in 3 to 5 days.

Looks great! The only thing I don't like is that I didn't have more dry powder to add while it was under .02. GRPR is on the move again.
