I don't think anyone is denying the financials. In fact, the very first phone call I made to Roy back at the end of December and we were talking about the product his words were " yes, great product, it's too bad the financials are so bad". Of course they are selling shares. If you had a great product and knew that you were going to be successful IF you could go the distance (the rest of this year) and needed capital to make it , wouldn't you? A/S is very likely and may be needed to get funds to get the company to where the REAL money is......large scale distribution. If that's what it takes to get to the finish line then so be it. People that got in this to try and be rich overnight are fooling themselves. 12 month hold.
