A dilution machine would not benefit any investor. Dutchess maybe could sell a few billion @.0001 with a pump. But it does not benefit anyone technically in my opinion to try and dilute. Dutchess still has the tax write off....although it may have used that already and my just let this one die. I wils ASrabia or Dutchess would P/R something!
