NOPE according to the article he was charged with mail and wire fraud. BTW, CHARGED and ARRESTED are two completely different things.

That lawyer was listed as GARB's consultant in one of the 8K's

Not saying I don't trust what you are saying but that's because I don't believe what anyone says. I checked every filing for 2011 and can't locate his name listed anywhere. Can you provide a link to the 8K you refer to. I am sure that your post is as accurate as all of your posts.
