Dude, look at the last filing.....O/S is right there.....if they were going to dilute, they would have done it a while back....this is just weak investors who are scared of this being delisted.....which, to there painful realization after they sell and it spikes, will not be delisted.........nothing has changed.....movies in the works and DMX.....and paying off debt.......I have no problem adding down here.....but go ahead and sell for a loss. GL
