I would agree that they would need greater sophistication, the problem is that it is a chicken and the egg story. They need the money to improve, but they need the current product to create the money. I see your electronic records transfer as as much a cost reduction to the client as well due to the reduction in records expense.
I will re-ask the question someone else posed the other day - Have any or a substantive number of your patients stopped using the product? Or is there any anecdotal evidence regarding the satisfaction levels or the wider acceptance of the product?
