Won't be surprised if we see more interest in OTOW in coming weeks/months:

Fees for OTOW Card ($9.95 initial to get it)$2.95 PER MONTH maintenance fee; $2.00 PER ATM Withdrawel ($3.00 for international ATM Withdrawel), $1.00 for ATM Balance inquiry; $.078 per MasterCard transaction; $25 overdraft; $5 to re-issue lost/stolen card; $5 "per request" for a paper statement; $10 for account liquidation.

I truly feel sorry for that portion of the population that HAS NO CHOICE but to get an OTOW-like debit card, but apparently it is a very large number of folks- truly a way for OTOW to "print money" if we get enough of these cards sold and used!!
