Exactly, the law is VERY clear on what you can and can't do in regards to paid stock promotions, both for the company and for the 3rd party who is getting paid to promote it. Both parties are doing everything by the books and have not broken a single US law....

The same people like to make noise on all the major promo boards... But anyone who knows what the laws are knows these guys are in full respect of them and always have been. Hence why they have never ran into any legal problems or any of their stocks have ever got halted...
