That doesn't mean he or they are manipulating anything, it means he is still working to build the company into a major solar energy corporation that will blow the socks off everyone. His vision is obviously beyond what we thought and he is attracting more interest and bigger dogs who want to get involved and be a part of his overall plan for the company. It means he and they are looking at how they can best pull together the factions they need to make a solid, well-built, national corporation which will benefit us all. Scott appears to be very meticulous in his planning strategy and will want to get everything in place before he let's the cat out of the bag. Perhaps we will get some news by the end of the month if they file their quarterly financial reports. With all the DD given by the long term investors on this board regarding Scott's abilities, character, and achievements, it is obvious that he is a visionary and likes to succeed and when he sets a goal, he is not satisfied until he achieves it. I believe we will all benefit greatly from his vision, work ethics, efforts and achievements. JMHO
