Agreed. Joseph Kozak has clearly been under a lot of pressure and has had to take steps that I'm sure he would rather not have had to. For instance, litigation, private placements, disgruntled employees, lackluster sales... I mean, the guy deserves a medal for toughing it out the way he has... and really, it is no wonder that it has so far taken nearly a year to sort out all the drama. I praise Kozak for standing tough through it all and I believe he has the flexibility to negotiate the best possible arrangement for himself, IBM, and ANTS common stock holders.

...and lastly, I do believe ANTS has been sold into oblivion due in part to impatience on behalf of some.
