Here is my take on the whole situation...

They are holding this down for several reasons - loading up for themselves and/or giving people more time to load up as well. Looking back at the past plays the patterns are very close and reacting in a similar way.
I think with all the hype of 60+ promoters, people were expecting this to fly out of the gate to $1 land and when it didn't there were reservations as to this pick.
A lot of people got burned on the last so called "typo" pick and are not convinced this will run. APS makes a ton of money on these plays and I think they will make every effort to make this run hard, because they will loose a lot of creditability with prior picks - especially after the last, so called mistake. They will make it up here when they are ready to release the hounds.
We'll see, but I'm holding tight for now.
