I don't believe you are reading these financials correctly. The majority of this loss is a result of stock issuance's to management etc and not as a result of paid in capital that the company has received. Additionally, you seem to be treating two different companies as the same; when there clearly not. You seem to be convinced that the company has an issue with I-Hub and it clearly doesn't. The company is advertising on the site and this publisher is accepting the advertising. It seems to me that your extending your personal rage unfairly, to what is clearly a development stage company.

I am not a "newbie" or ignorant to the risk of any of these BB companies. They are all a bit of a crap shoot and the fact is most of them fail but it looks to me that this management team is out to give it an honest shot.
