Actually, Val brought Imperial Wireless to the table. MediaG3 was an email spam service that inherited the Wytec patents that Ohana Wireless had. When Jospeh Anzalone came to MediaG3, the patents were converted to assignment to MediaG3. PFH/JohnLene/Val Westergard can claim all "they" want that IW failed because of Yuan leadership or Anazalone or Gilligan or the Skipper. All three had a hand in the success or failure. Val is just as culpable as any of the others.


Of particular note, one Wytec founder Robert Julien is now with Dell Computers at their SF office. He was legal counsel for Wytec and Ohana. Wonder why he did not stick around to watch Val "enhance" the Wytec patents?
