Somebody is playing with this stock. I believe you can order small amounts thru your broker and pay their minimum charge. Its not a sane way to buy stock - UNLESS you are manipulating it. Notice the no of times we have seen this move up and down on small quantities.

However, we do need news - this has been a long wait.
