How do you figure they will continue to pay the "compensation" to consultants and employee(s)? Its potentially adds up to thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars per year, even when they aren't producing any revenue. Hence the need to issue stock (at a discounted rate) on a regular basis to pay for all this. You may not want to believe it but dilition is occuring and will continue to occur with SIRG. Anyone have a current O/S number? Is the TA gagged?
