Yeah these penny stock pimps take their restricted shares and use them as collateral to short the shit out of the very stock they're "promoting". It happened to another company in which I am heavily invested. Even though the company was not diluting, it still was hammered down to nothing by the would-be promoter and his cronies. I HATE scoundrels like this.
