Well its a company that probably is either being funded by TMM, or private investors to increase and further manipulate the public into thinking that QBID credible. Furthermore, it entices people to invest in the stock, if you invested dollars because of their rating you are a moron. Why do you think the stock pulled off the small run. The investors that "bought" it in both senses were matched.
