I see no evidence thus far it actually is trading here yet. I do believe it’s in transition and will be in the near future. I am getting the impression that perhaps they're using a merge or seeking an existing shell, too solidify an active listing on the usotc: market. I actualy seem to remember a TSX listing which was delisted with a company similar in name(around 2009), I'll be doing some digging. Just a gut feeling I have at this point though.
