My head is still spinning about the central reads from the independent imaging...out of left field that they were using independent imaging....so glad that in response to my question about this yesterday, Dew gave one who example from a NVS trial in 2005 that used an independant company. I have never seen reference besides these...only investigator #'s.

I don't know what to mkae of this, and feel the deck is stacked even more that we're using these independant companies for upcoming trial data when it seems the norm is to just go with investigator reads. So everyone is going to compare PPHM independant imaging data to SOC investigator reads which seem to be much more bias. This stinks and I hate surprises. Never did PPHM say they were using an outside co.....I understand that MOS is the most excepted data point when speaking with the FDA, but geez...it's like they won't ever be comparing apples to apples (PPHM central read data to SOC investigator data for ORR/PFS especially which can be more subjective.).

This, and the ORR # changing down when it was said here and by Shan/King that it theoretically couldn't go down. Having a tough time getting around this. Nothing can be said to talk out of this one.
