(What the MM's do to this PPS on a daily basis gives me ulcers.....very, very frustrating to endure)
Perhaps rather than blaming MM's for something that isn't their doing, why not instead emailing or writing a letter to cgfia guyer why he uses share holders money to pay himself for years and not show any verifiable income. guyers has actually paid himself twice, once when issuing the shares and the brokers pay him/he owns the company and then re-sells the shares he gave himself from the already paid for treasury later on the open market. Thus paying himself twice in the beginning. Above and beyond what guyer gave himself directly before at the time of issuance.
If the SEC isn't already looking at cgfia, the recent complaints should do it.
cgfia share holders are not to blame for the dilution and dumping by guyer and officers, but the cgfia share holders may be responsible for the SEC interests in a unintentional way. But it's the right thing to do, regardless.
